ASUS Business has just unveiled two new Chromebooks: the Chromebook CR1 and the Chromebook Flip CR1.

The Chromebook CR1 features an 11.6-inch HD LCD display, up to an Intel Pentium Silver N6000 processor, up to 8GB of RAM, and up to 64GB of eMMC storage.
Meanwhile, the Chromebook Flip CR1 will also have an 11.6-inch LCD display but will have a touch screen and a USI stylus, up to an Intel Pentium Silver N6000 processor, up to 8GB of RAM, and up to 64GB of eMMC storage.
Both machines, as Chromebooks, will run on Chrome OS.

ASUS says that the ASUS Chromebook CR1 Series can last up to 12 hours on a single charge, which fits right with its target as being an education-focused device line.
Both laptops are also designed to endure everyday knocks and bumps and were able to pass the US military-grade MIL-STD-810H durability standards. This means that the two machines will be able to handle everyday use in schools and other learning facilities.
