Microsoft has unveiled their newest detachable 2-in-1 hybrid, the Surface Book 2. It comes in 13-inch and 15-inch flavors, features 8th-gen Intel Core processors, and a choice of either NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 or 1060 graphics.

The Redmond giant boasts that the Surface Book 2 is up to five times more powerful than its predecessor, while providing all-day battery life – 70% more than the latest MacBook Pro according to them. Both models are also quite light with the 13-inch one weighing in at 1.53kg, and the 15-inch one weighing in at 1.9kg.

The Surface Book 2 starts at $1,499 (~Php77k) for the 13-inch model, and $2,499 (~Php129k) for the 15-inch. They will be available for pre-order starting November 9th in the United States.
