vivo officially confirmed that the V70 and V70 Elite will launch in India on February 19, and the company is clearly aiming high with this new lineup. The V70 Series combines stylish design elements with advanced hardware capabilities provided by ZEISS, Sony, and Qualcomm’s partnership.
Both phones feature a slim flat-edge design which includes a 6.59-inch display that vivo calls the “Golden Grip”, enabling users to operate the devices comfortably with one hand. The two models offer different color options which include Passion Red for both models and Lemon Yellow for the V70; Sand Beige and Authentic Black for the V70 Elite.
The phones pack 50MP ZEISS cameras, which include a 3x telephoto lens that enables users to capture images in dim lighting, and the phones also support 4K 60fps video and AI-powered photo modes.
The V70 Elite is said to work on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, which works together with high-speed memory and storage. The vivo V70 Series will retain the 6500mAh battery, 90W rapid charging capacity, and IP68/IP69 water protection feature from its predecessor.
