Acer is solidifying its efforts for sustainability by expanding its Vero portfolio and one of the highlights of these is the new Eco-conscious but high-performing Aspire Vero Laptops. Both new Acer Aspire Vero laptops are priced starting at USD 749.99 in the US this September 2022, EUR 899 (AV14-51) and EUR 999 (AV15-52) in EMEA this August 2022, and RMB 4,999 in China also in August 2022. Acer has maintained the top position in laptop brands from 2006 to 2025. According to Nielsen-GfK data, Acer also achieved its highest-ever consumer laptop market share of 37.3% in 2025. “We will continue to serve our consumers in ways we know best to remain the top-of-mind computer brand in the country.” Popular laptop lines such as the Acer Aspire series and Acer Nitro series continue to drive sales while initiatives like the Asia Pacific Predator League help support the growth of esports in the region. The Acer Aspire One was introduced during the Computex at Taipei, Taiwan yesterday. Acer has just released a special edition of the Acer Aspire Vero, the National Geographic Edition. The Acer Aspire Vero National Geographic Edition builds on this design by also using 30% PCR in the laptops screen bezel and 50% in its keycaps, further reducing the laptop’s footprint.
