Intel's latest Atom Cedar Trail chips for netbooks just started to arrive in the Philippines. The first one we spotted is the Acer Aspire One D270 selling for under Php20k. Aside from Gateway, Acer also owns the eMachines brand for low-end market and they've re-packaged the Acer Aspire One D250 into the eMachines Acer EMD250 NetBook. The netbook specs are somewhat standard and does not offer anything new or interesting.
