#AI 6 month pause

SpaceX, Tesla, and Twitter CEO Elon Musk and Apple Co-founder Steve Wozniak, and a slew of other tech personalities, have joined the call to pause giant AI experiments amid concerns their longterm effects may become unmanageable. In an open letter to all AI labs, the signatories call the immediate pause for at least 6 months of the training of AI systems that are more powerful than Microsoft and OpenAI's GPT-4. SM is celebrating the whole of August by holding various events and sales for their Cybermonth 2018 celebration. The Tech-Xhibit -- Every weekend of the month SM will be holding a showcase of the latest gadgets and gizmos. Gamer's Corner -- Every Saturday of the month SM will be holding a gaming event where gamers can play the latest games and compete with each other. Digital Photography Workshop -- Every Sunday of the month SM will be holding a photography workshop covering the basics of digital and mobile photography. Cosplay Festival -- On all weekends of the month SM will be holding a cosplay event with competitions and parades.
