TCL Communication has just unveiled its latest Alcatel lineup at the Mobile World Congress. Making up the Alcatel 3 Series are the Alcatel 3 and Alcatel 3L, while the Alcatel 1S is the lone member of the Alcatel 1 Series. The company also introduced a tablet called the Alcatel 3T 10. The Alcatel 3 features a 5.9-inch 19.5:9 HD+ display with a small notch and an 88% screen to body ratio. Alcatel's the latest one we've seen that embraced the Android OS and it looks like it's doing something good for them. The one we have here, an Alcatel One Touch Blaze 990, will be launched in August 4 with an introductory price of Php9,999.
