The iconic OnePlus Alert Slider might finally be put to rest as the brand is replacing it with the so-called ‘Plus Key’. But hold up, OnePlus might still find a way to make the new Plus Key function like an Alert Slider, possibly through customizable button mapping or gesture controls like double or triple taps to mimic its signature functionality. Recent reports show that OnePlus's next flagship has redesigned camera with the Hasselblad tuning, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, and interestingly, the comeback of its iconic alert slider. Furthermore, we can also see a glimpse of the alert slider next which was previously removed on the OnePlus 10T. Initial specifications of the OnePlus 10T 5G have emerged online ahead of its launch on and it may not look like OnePlus-ish anymore as the alert slider is reportedly off the specs sheet.
