#AMD Radeon R9 285 price

In line with the celebration of its “30 years of Gaming and Graphics”, AMD has announced the latest addition to its R9 200 Series portfolio, the Radeon R9 285, which is touted to replace the R9 280 as the least expensive of the three Radeon R9 GPUs. Looking at its specs sheet, the new Radeon R9 285 does have some advantage over the R9 280 like higher memory frequency and significantly lower TDP. AMD has officially unveiled the Radeon RX 9050, expanding its Radeon RX 9000 desktop graphics card lineup with a new entry-level RDNA-based GPU aimed at 1080p gaming. AMD also published its own gaming benchmarks for the Radeon RX 9050 at 1080p using medium settings. Compared to the Radeon RX 9060, the RX 9050 has fewer Compute Units and Stream Processors, positioning it as the entry-level model in AMD's Radeon RX 9000 desktop GPU family.
