Android tablets are making the buzz along with foldable becoming mainstream devices, which made Google revive the Android 12L. Beginning later this year, Android 12L will gradually be brought to tablets and foldables with planned updates from Samsung, Lenovo, and Microsoft as they build features and functionalities to maximize the potential of larger screen devices in Android 13 and beyond. Google's Android 17 Beta 2 brings new features focused on privacy, security and easier app development. Google has just announced a new version of Android 12 that is catered to larger screen sizes called, Android 12L. Android 12L will focus on tablets, foldables, and ChromeOS devices. Android 12L is set to release in early 2022, but the new features are now available on the 12L developer preview page. All you have to do is download the Android 12L emulator to get started.
