Google has launched its Android Enterprise Recommended program to help organizations select, deploy, and manage Android devices and services. Android Enterprise Recommend devices should meet an elevated set of specifications for hardware, deployment, security updates, and user experience to help organizations handle the most challenging and diverse business environments. Here some of the Android Enterprise Recommended requirements and best practices. On the other hand, here are Google's Android Enterprise Recommended devices which they revealed at launch. Google will also be applying Android Enterprise Recommended framework to additional partner types, including OEMs of “dedicated” and rugged devices, mobile carriers, enterprise mobility management (EMM) providers, and systems integrators. Google has just announced a new version of Android 12 that is catered to larger screen sizes called, Android 12L. Android 12L will focus on tablets, foldables, and ChromeOS devices. The new android version also introduces a new taskbar that allows users to switch between different apps.
