#Android to iOS transfer

Google and Apple are working together to make it easier for users to switch between Android and iOS devices, according to a new report. The goal is to allow more data types than before to be moved between Android and iOS. In the past, moving from iOS to Android required the Android Switch app, while switching from Android to iOS used the Move to iOS app. Halfbrick has officially launched Jetpack Joyride Racing, bringing the popular franchise into the kart racing genre on both iOS and Android. Once enabled, RCS messages exchanged between Android and iOS devices cannot be read by third parties while in transit. Apple first introduced RCS support with iOS 18 in September 2024, adding features such as typing indicators, read receipts, and higher-quality media sharing between iPhone and Android users.
