In an online event, Apple announced their latest chipset for the Mac. Dubbed the Apple M2, this chip is the successor to the M1 chip with more power-efficient features. The Apple M2 chip comes with an 8-core processor (4 high-performance core + 4 high-efficient cores) with a 10-core GPU. The Apple M2 chip will be available on the entire Mac line-up next month, starting with the newly re-designed 2022 Macbook Air and Macbook Pro. Sporting the same specs, it features a dual-camera system, Super Retina XDR OLED display with the Ceramic Shield front cover, A14 Bionic chipset, and 5G connectivity.
