The new Apple Thunderbolt 5 Pro cables are now available in the Philippines. If anyone missed it, the new M4 Pro and M4 Max-powered models have Thunderbolt 5 USB Type-C ports. The Apple Thunderbolt 5 Pro is priced at only PHP 3,990. Apple has just unveiled the new 14-inch MacBook Pro powered by the latest M5 chip. Apple claims that the 14-inch MacBook Pro with M5 can deliver: * Up to 7.7x faster AI video-enhancing performance in Topaz Video when compared to the 13‑inch MacBook Pro with M1, and up to 1.8x faster than the 14-inch MacBook Pro with M4. In the Philippines the 14-inch Macbook Pro M5 starts at Php99,990 for the 16GB + 512GB variant and goes up to Php203,990 for the 32GB + 4TB variant. Apple has officially unveiled its newest lineup of laptops, the MacBook Air, 13-inch MacBook Pro, and Mac mini.  The new Mac lineup is now powered with the M1 chip, Apple's first system on chip (SoC) designed for Mac. Last June, Apple announced that it is recalling select 15-inch MacBook Pro models due to an overheating battery issue.
