This is probably the first Honeycomb tablet we've seen that actually comes with a built-in full keyboard and the twin-brother of the Asus Transformer -- the Asus Slider SL101. Unlike the Asus Transformer, the Asus Slider has a built-in keyboard that slides out from the back and serves as a stand/platform. As for the price, it's still not fixed but will definitely be a couple thousands cheaper than the Asus Transformer w/ Dock so I'm guessing Php25k to Php27k range. Asus Philippines will finally launch the newer edition of its Eee PC series this week. After last month's launching at Computex in Taiwan, Asus is bringing here the 10-inch Eee PC 1000. From the Asus website, looks like they'd be coming out with 6 shiny colors of the Asus Eee PC -- Red, Green, Black, Peony White, Pearl White and Fine Ebony. Other models released earlier in Taiwan but will not be available locally are the Asus Eee PC 1000H, 1000HD, 901 and 904HD. First announced at the CES 2008, the Asus R50A ultra mobile PC may be the most feature-packed ultraportable out there.
