ASUS is following-up on the success of their VC239H monitor by releasing its successor to the local market. Meet the VZ239HR, a 7mm thin almost border-less monitor priced at under Php 10k. The VZ239HR features a 23-inch Full HD IPS panel with a 178-degree wide view angle and two 1.5W stereo speakers. Apart from that the monitor also comes with ASUS' image-enhancing software, VividPixel, and ASUS Eye Care technology. The VZ239HR is priced at Php 9,180 and is now available nationwide at ASUS authorized retailers. Asus Philippines will finally launch the newer edition of its Eee PC series this week. After last month's launching at Computex in Taiwan, Asus is bringing here the 10-inch Eee PC 1000. From the Asus website, looks like they'd be coming out with 6 shiny colors of the Asus Eee PC -- Red, Green, Black, Peony White, Pearl White and Fine Ebony.
