After years of trying to stay relevant in the smartphone market dominated by devices running iOS and Android, BlackBerry has finally embraced the latter OS and released the BlackBerry PRIV. Is the PRIV the one device that BlackBerry and Android fans are waiting for? Overall, the BlackBerry PRIV's UI still looks and feels like a stock Android Lollipop but on BlackBerry steroids. And representing its first haymaker is the PRIV which packs an impressive display, nice design, powerful specs, great-performing camera, good battery life, and a classic slide-out physical keyboard. On the downside, the PRIV is expensive at Php45,000, meaning its target consumer are the CEOs, Executives, Managers, and anyone who can afford who are probably still using old BlackBerry devices and are waiting for a worthy upgrade. To conclude, the PRIV is obviously BlackBerry's best yet. BlackBerry has officially announced its plans to launch Priv - the company's first Android-powered flagship smartphone. The company calls it the Priv, "an Android device named after BlackBerry’s heritage and core mission of protecting our customers' privacy," and it is scheduled to launch at the end of 2015.
