#blockchain for good governance

Baguio City has revealed that they have created a blockchain called GoodGovChain which is based on the BayaniChain Digital Public Asset (DPA) Framework. "GoodGovChain represents a massive leap forward in how we think about government systems. The European Blockchain Hub formally entered Asia last weekend during an event in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The main event of the day was the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement, formally creating the Asian Blockchain Hub and its partnership with the European Blockchain Hub. After which, a forum was also held to inform participants of the benefits and uses of blockchain.
