Baguio City has revealed that they have created a blockchain called GoodGovChain 11 which is based on the BayaniChain Digital Public Asset (DPA) Framework.

According to BayaniChain, the system is designed for nationwide scalability. This allows Filipinos to haveopen access to verified records through a user-friendly dashboard while making sure sensitive data is protected.

“GoodGovChain represents a massive leap forward in how we think about government systems. This framework will be replicated across both local and national agencies, ensuring that every citizen has access to auditable and transparent public records. It’s an exciting milestone, especially in a time when public trust and scrutiny are at an all-time high,” said Co-Founder of BayaniChain Gelo Wong.
