(CAGI) has jump-started this year's testing season. "By welcoming new blood into our fold, the organization is expanding its reach, and tapping into the expertise of the motorcycle media to adapt our successful model," said CAGI president Ronald de los Reyes during a speech. The Test Fest will begin in September and October in which over 100 motor vehicles will be individually and carefully tested. Awarding will be held in November and CAGI will announce the 2017 winners based on the collated results. Since 2004, CAGI prides itself of holding annual test fests, where all vehicle entries go through a strict process of classification and sorting, before they are subjected to qualitative (consumer) and quantitative (performance) testing. Established in 2004, the CAGI is the longest-running organization of motoring journalists in the country today.
