Google, together with Canon, has made it possible to leave your cables or adapters at home for you to easily upload pictures captured with your DSLR or point-and-shoot camera straight to Google Photos. Just connect the compatible Canon camera to the app and it will directly back up the pictures to Google Photos over WiFi. To be able to take advantage of the feature, make sure that you have a compatible Canon camera, an updated image.canon.app, and large cloud storage in Google One.
