This time, a new extraordinary collar was created to translates our cats’ meows into human speech. Introducing the Catterbox  — the world’s first talking cat collar! The Catterbox uses a digital sensor to detect a meow then a program will translate the meow into human language for all to hear. It was created by an English ad agency on behalf of Temptations cat treats, which happens to have a Temptations Lab. Watch this new collar in action and enjoy endless hoots of amusement at having cat's meows translated for them. Alcatel's the latest one we've seen that embraced the Android OS and it looks like it's doing something good for them. The one we have here, an Alcatel One Touch Blaze 990, will be launched in August 4 with an introductory price of Php9,999. The Blaze 990 has a slightly larger screen size of 3.5" (diagonally) compared to the usual 3.2" we're seeing in other smartphones in the same category and price point.
