#cavitex toll fee 2019

The Toll Regulatory Board (TRB) has approved the toll fee hike for Segment 1 (R1 Expressway) of the CAVITEX. Additionally, the TRB also approved the collection of toll fees for the initial 2.2 km segment of the CAVITEX-C5 Link Expressway. With the TRB's approval, the Cavitex Infrastructure Corporation (CIC) and Philippine Reclamation Authority (PRA) will be adding on a toll rate of PHP 1.00, PHP 2.00, and PHP 3.00 for vehicles Class 1, 2, and 3, respectively. The toll fee applies to the entire 7km Segment 1 (R1) Expressway of CAVITEX. Starting October 24, CAVITEX's new toll fees are now as follows: Class 1 (cars) - PHP 25 Class 2 (minivans and buses) - PHP 50 Class 3 (large trucks and trailers) - PHP 75 Furthermore, beginning October 24, the CAVITEX-C5 Link Expressway will also start collecting toll fees in its initial 2.2-kilometer segment. CIC also claims that with the expansion, the drive from CAVITEX Paranaque Toll Plaza, Las Pinas, Pasay, up to C5 in Taguig City can be done in under ten minutes.
