OpenAI’s ChatGPT Search engine is now available to all users for free. This service was initially limited to paid subscribers, but is now accessible in all regions where ChatGPT works. The service works similarly to Google’s search engine, offering a traditional experience. From here, ChatGPT will tend to queries as usual and use the web’s database to get back to you. Plus, its search feature includes partnerships with news outlets and data providers. OpenAI says that they’re planning on improving the search experience further in areas like shopping and travel.
