has announced the release of ScanSnap iX1300, a small form factor document scanner. The iX1300 allows users continuous high-speed document scanning of A4-size documents, and various types of document sizes. The ScanSnap IX1300 is a one-touch operation device that allows users to scan A4 documents at 30 pages per minute. The ScanSnap iX1300 supports a wide variety of documents in two different scanning methods, making it easy for users to digitize different types of papers. The ScanSnap iX1300 supports up to a maximum of A4, legal size documents, business cards, bi-folder A3 documents, pamphlets, plastic cards, and a lot more. The iX1300 is equipped with the company's new Automatic Document Feeder mechanism to eject scanned paper from the top. Allowing continuous scanning or loading of documents of up to 20 pages at a time.
