The Department of Transportation (DOTr) Secretary Arthur Tugade has announced free train rides for vaccinated commuters during the ECQ until August 20, 2021. With this, vaccinated Authorized Persons Outside of Residence (APOR) may now avail themselves of free rides in the Light Rail Transit 2 (LRT-2), Manila Metro Rail Transit 3 (MRT-3), and Philippine National Railways (PNR). Eligible passengers must present their vaccination cards as proof of inoculation to avail themselves of free rides.
