The Department of Transportation (DOTr) announced that the “no vaxx, no ride” policy in Metro Manila will be automatically lifted while it is placed under Alert Level 2 starting February 1. “The no vaxx, no ride policy is not perpetual. This will only be implemented in Metro Manila under Alert Level 3 status and higher,” the DOTR statement read.
