Compared to all other fixed broadband providers, Starlink set the fastest median download speeds averaging 110.78 Mbps during Q1 2023. Despite the fast download speed, Starlink did have a slower upload speed in the country. Starlink’s slower upload speeds and high latency are not only in the Philippines.
