Microsoft Edge on Android now supports extensions, catching up with Firefox which added the feature in 2023. Last year, news broke that Google might eventually bring extension support to Chrome on Android, but that remains to be seen. Meanwhile, the latest update to Edge for Android makes extensions available for users. Google has just announced a new version of Android 12 that is catered to larger screen sizes called, Android 12L. Android 12L will focus on tablets, foldables, and ChromeOS devices.
