CORSAIR's Elgato has announced their first teleprompter that's designed for streamers. The Elgato Prompter is a teleprompter that can be used with cameras, iPhones, and most webcams. The Prompter is a 9-inch screen with a USB-C interface and weighs at 690 grams. The Prompter can be customized with the Elgato Camera Hub. “We built Prompter to be the true all-in-one solution for content creators” said Jeff Stegner, Product Manager at Elgato. “For years, consumer teleprompters offered only half the equation, requiring an additional smartphone or tablet. Prompter is the best of both worlds.” The Elgato Prompter starts at USD 279.99 for the device alone while rigging, camera, and Stream Decks are individually priced.
