#elon musk step down

Twitter CEO Elon Musk is doubling down on his previous announcement of stepping down as the head of the social networking platform, saying that he aims to find his successor toward the end of 2023. Musk says that he plans to "stabilize the organization...[and] make sure it's in a financially healthy place [and] that the product roadmap is clearly laid out" before he steps down as Twitter CEO. However, it does feel like Musk is planning to push through with his plans to finally step down. It can be recalled that, at one point, Musk conducted a poll asking his very own Twitter followers whether he should step down as the head of Twitter (with 57% voting that he should). Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala has stepped down as chairman of Globe Telecom after nearly three decades, with Ayala Group veteran Cezar Consing named as his successor. Despite stepping down from the chairmanship, Zobel will continue to be involved in Globe through Asiacom Philippines Inc., a joint venture between Ayala Corp. After 5 months being hired as a Chief Executive Officer of Google Fiber, Gregory McCray stepped down from his position. Gregory McCray was hired in February as the CEO for Access, the Alphabet unit that houses Google Fiber, in replacement of Craig Barratt who has stepped down last October 2016.
