Facebook has stated that the company has disabled 2.19 billion accounts in the first quarter of 2019 with 5 percent of accounts likely to be fake. According to Guy Rosen, Vice President of Integrity, the largest social networking site reported in their latest enforcement activity that they have disabled more than 2 billion of fake accounts set up by "bad actors". Facebook is also yet to uncover five percent of the 2.4 billion monthly active users that are fake accounts as well.
