Facebook has announced that it is shutting down Moments, an app used for privately sharing photos with friends. On February 25, 2019, Moments will no longer be available and Facebook is offering users two ways to export photos and videos from the app. One is by creating private albums on your Facebook profile, while the other is by downloading it to your device. If you have used the Moments app, you will receive an email from Facebook to help you manage your Moments account. Facebook is launching a new game, Your Profile, Your Home where users can build their own virtual home on Facebook and learn how to personalize their account based on their preferences. Through the game users can learn more about the settings of Facebook such as Privacy settings, Advertiser preferences, and security settings. Through Your Profile, Your Home, Facebook hopes that users will have an easy way to find out just how safe and secure their profiles are.
