Facebook has officially introduced Fantasy Games, a newly added gaming feature on its app for sports and TV prediction games. Facebook Fantasy Games gives users access to simple prediction games for their favorite sports events, TV shows, and other pop culture content. Within the feature, users can participate in public leaderboards and prediction games, wherein points are awarded to winning predictions with corresponding bonus points for winning streaks (consecutive correct predictions). Currently, Facebook has only rolled out one prediction game, “Pick & Play”, which is in partnership with Whistle Sports. Facebook is launching a new game, Your Profile, Your Home where users can build their own virtual home on Facebook and learn how to personalize their account based on their preferences. Through the game users can learn more about the settings of Facebook such as Privacy settings, Advertiser preferences, and security settings. Through Your Profile, Your Home, Facebook hopes that users will have an easy way to find out just how safe and secure their profiles are.
