Facebook will soon allow their users to create multiple profiles. These will be completely new profiles that users can switch to. Soon, Facebook will let users make up to four additional profiles for each account. Users can switch from their different profiles and change the preferences for each account. For instance, if users would like to have an account that is separate from their personal profile, they may simply switch from the profiles they made. To create a new profile, users need to choose a name and a @username for their new profiles. Features like as Dating, Marketplace, Professional Mode and payments will not be available for the new profiles on launch. Messenger will also not be available yet for these new profiles so users will need to rely on the Facebook app and website to message others.
