Zoom has introduced ZoomMate, a new AI-powered work platform designed to help teams turn conversations into completed tasks and deliverables. The tool uses agentic AI to connect meeting discussions with follow-up actions across enterprise apps and services.
ZoomMate can look up information from platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, Google and Microsoft , and then put the useful context right inside whatever workflow you are in. it can also handle little automations such as arranging a meeting, adjusting records, making next steps, and even drafting messages.
Besides that, the platform can create presentations , documents, spreadsheets, reports, and project plans based on what comes up during a meeting, while also keeping everything in sync as decisions start to shift and change. ZoomMate is now available across North America for $20 ( PHP 1,214.33 ) per user per month, with additional countries to roll out later this year.
