Ford Philippines is expanding its SUV lineup with the new Ford Everest Trend, a mid-sized SUV with smart and safety features. The new Ford Everest Trend has an updated front grille design and comes with 18-inch alloy wheels, rain-sensing wipers, power-folding & adjustable mirrors with side turn indicators, side steps, roof rails, and front and rear splash guards. Inside, the Ford Everest Trend comes with leather seats, USB ports, and an 8-inch SYNC 3 color touch screen compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Under the hood, the new Ford Everest Trend sports a 2.2L TDCi diesel engine capable of delivering up to 160PS and 385NM of torque paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission for smoother acceleration and fuel efficiency. For safety, the new Everest Trend comes with several driver-assist technologies, including Cruise Control, Electronic Stability Control w/ Anti-lock braking system, Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Roll Stability Control, and Hill Launch Assist. The new Everest Trend is available in all Ford dealerships nationwide starting today, February 25, 2020, with a retail price of PHP 1,738,000. Like the Ranger Raptor and Wildtrak 4x4, powering the Ford Ranger FX4 MAX is a 2.0-liter Bi-Turbo diesel engine, which is capable of generating 213PS of power and 500NM of torque.
