The Framework Laptop 16 with AMD Ryzen AI 300 Series processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 GPU is now official. The new graphics card is backwards compatible with previous Framework Laptop 16 models. The new Framework Laptop 16 pre-orders start at USD 1,499 (~PHP 86K). Up-and-coming laptop manufacturer Framework has just announced that it will be launching a new modular laptop this year called the Framework Laptop 16. Carrying the same upgrade, repair, and customization philosophy of Framework's Framework Laptop 13, the Framework Laptop 16 will have two new notable features: a fully reconfigurable input deck and modular, upgradeable graphics. With the Framework Laptop 16, you will also be able to have upgradeable, modular graphics in a high-performance notebook via Framework's Expansion Bay system. Full specifications, pricing, and availability will be unveiled once pre-orders on the Framework Laptop 16 are opened this spring, ahead of shipments in late 2023.
