Samsung introduced its newest Galaxy SmartTag2 earlier this month and has now made it available in the Philippines. The Galaxy SmarTag2 is said to have a battery life of up to 500 days, and IP67 dust and water resistance. One will also have the ability to connect up to 200 SmartTags to just one Galaxy device running on Android 9 or later. Currently, the Galaxy SmartTag2 is available in either black or white colorways and is priced at PHP 1,690 for a single tag on Samsung's official website. It's already confirmed that the Samsung Galaxy Tab will be launched in the Philippines before end of October (that's next week!) and we finally got the retail price down to the dot -- Php34,990 (thanks to our source). The price isn't surprising (though I thought it would be a bit higher by a couple grand) considering its baby brother, the Galaxy S, sells for Php32,000.
