A joint clinical study with Chung-Ang University Gwangmyeong Hospital in Korea showed the Samsung Galaxy Watch6 can detect signs of VVS using data gathered by the smartwatch. Researchers used the Galaxy Watch6’s PPG sensor to monitor heart rate variability data and analyzed it using an AI algorithm.
