Perhaps the first time we've seen this -- Globe now allows you to buy apps in the iTunes Store which will be charged along with your postpaid bill. The ability to purchase apps from the iTunes store is made possible with the GCash Virtual AMEX card. Your purchases in the iTunes store is then charged to your virtual AMEX which will eventually reflect in your postpaid bill during the cut-off period. Back in August, Globe enabled Direct Carrier Billing for the Google Play Store. This carrier billing for the iTunes store is somewhat "indirect" since it has to go thru the virtual AMEX card.
