One such company is Indonesian-based Go-Jek. Go-Jek offers a wide variety of services apart from ride-hailing. Of course, Go-Jek would have to come to terms with the LTFRB before they'll even be given a chance to operate in the country. Previously, we've written that Go-Jek, an Indonesian ride-sharing service, is planning to is expand its services to Southeast Asia and now, the said ride-sharing service plans to operate in the Philippines in early 2018. According to Go-Jek Chief Technology Officer Ajey Gore, he said that the "Philippines will be be the first one to just figure out how things work." Gore has been mum which countries it would launch next, but he noted that "almost all Southeast Asian countries are on the radar over the next three, six to 12 months". Gore said that that company also plans to roll new services soon such as installing charging stations in retail outlets that users can access through the Go-Jek app and laundry pick-up and delivery service. Go-Jek, an Indonesian ride-sharing service, is planning to expand its services to three or four Southeast Asian countries to match up with its rival companies namely Grab and Uber. Nadiem Makarim, Go-Jek Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer, has been mum on the details on when or what countries he plans to roll out the expansion but he mentioned that "they will be places with a large population and where cash rules".
