Google's artificial intelligence (AI) Gemini is now available to download for iPhone and iPad users through the Apple App Store. Apple users can now have the Google AI assistant Gemini in their devices. iPhone and iPad users can find the application available through the App Store. Formerly known as Bard, Google Gemini is an AI chatbot that is able to answer questions seen on the user's screen and summarize text for you. Users can either head to Google Gemini's official website or go directly to the App Store to download and try the AI assistant for themselves. There is new information that points toward a likely partnership with Google to build its voice assistant off a version of Gemini. Rather than relying strictly on its own hardware, Apple is looking to rely on Google's Gemini AI model running on NVIDIA’s latest Blackwell B200 data center graphics chips. The new system means that when a user triggers a complex prompt that cannot be solved locally on an iPhone, the request will be routed directly to Google Cloud to run on a licensed version of the Gemini model.
