Google Maps reveals new AI features powered by Google Gemini. Google has started rolling out offline support for Google Maps on Wear OS, as announced alongside the Pixel Watch 3. This feature is currently available in version 11.140.0701.W of Google Maps for Wear OS on the Pixel Watch 2, and it’s also accessible to those enrolled in the public Google Maps beta. According to Google, users can tap on the Google Maps button in iMessage and would then have their location shared for the defaulted one hour, with the option to extend it up to three days. One of Google Maps' features is the ability to see live traffic conditions in an area. To install the widget, make sure you have the latest Google Maps app downloaded from the App store. Dark mode on Google Maps for iOS starts rolling out in the coming weeks to give their user's eyes a break or save on battery.
