Google Pixel, Pixel XL Google introduced its first smartphones in October 2016. If you want a pure Android experience in the best of what Google has to offer, the Pixel smartphones are your best bet right now. Although the 2nd-gen Pixels are already out on the market, the original Pixel smartphones can still be upgraded to Android 8.0 Oreo and security updates until October 2019. The Google Pixel and Pixel XL are not officially offered in the Philippines but can be purchased at Widget City. Camera specs are the same as well, 12MP with 1/2.5" sensor size, OIS, and Dual Pixel Phase-Detect AF. Aside from the Pixel, internet search giant Google took the wraps off its bigger sibling simply called the Pixel XL, with a few subtle differences in hardware. The Pixel XL, as the name goes, features a bigger display at 5.5 inches, and a screen resolution bump to QHD, as well as a bigger battery capacity at 3450mAh battery.
