Google has announced new updates to Chrome Autofill. With this feature, it brings support for more types of personal information and deeper integration with Google Wallet on Android and iOS devices. Google is also extending Chrome's integration with Google Wallet. If the information is not already saved in Google Wallet, Chrome can offer to store it when entered for the first time. Google says all sensitive data remains encrypted and information is only saved or filled with the user's permission. Google has been testing this lyrics restriction for several months, and the wider rollout suggests it is now part of YouTube Music’s standard experience. While Google has not explained why lyrics were moved behind a paywall, the company continues to push more features into its paid plans. Earlier this week, Google said it now has over 325 million paid subscriptions across its services, including YouTube Premium and Google One.
