Lazada shoppers may now shop health and essentials online through the newly-launched Lazada Med. Through the LazadaMed, customers may purchase authentic health products online, including over the counter medicines, vitamins and supplements, medical supplies, as well as adult diapers and incontinence. Today until September 23, Lazade Med offers exclusive deals and offers coming from its medical and health brand partners online including Omron, GSK, Puritan’s Pride, and Optimum Nutrition. Apart from all the other updates and new devices seen on Apple's special event, the company also introduced CareKit -- an open source platform targeted to those that need health care apps. One of which is an app that helps individuals with Parkinson's disease track their health data -- stuff like how effective are the drugs they're taking, a checklist of essentials, or a log of the exercises they do can be recorded in the app. Basically, it's something patients could use to not forget important tasks related to the betterment of their health. It is also a form of support to their Health app by teaming up with medical centers and app devs so the transition to using it could be easy and smooth. The Loop 2 is also compatible with third-party apps such as Apple Health and MyFitnessPal for those who have existing data and wish to transfer and/or share.
