Along with the Huawei Mate 10, the company has also unveiled the beefier Mate 10 Pro with an 18:9 OLED display along with water and dust resistance and a dual rear camera co-engineered with camera optics maker Leica. Huawei touts of its new dual rear cameras, co-engineered with Leica, as they tout better low-light performance and a better depth of field blurring assisted by real-time object recognition from the Kirin 970's Neural Processing Unit. The Mate 10 Pro's 4000mAh battery is enough to last for more than a day of heavy use with the help of EMUI 8.0's smart management system, as well as a faster recharging time courtesy of the brand's own SuperCharge technology. The update brings new AI features, visual changes, and performance improvements across the HarmonyOS ecosystem. According to Huawei, HarmonyOS 7 focuses on delivering a smarter user experience through improved system performance and deeper AI integration. Huawei says it has improved the assistant's integration with apps to help users complete requests more efficiently. Running everything is the MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate processor, paired with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The Spark 50 Pro also carries IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance and runs HiOS 16 based on Android 16 with Tecno AI features.
