After the launch of the Huawei Mate 60 Pro yesterday, it looks like the smartphone isn't having a global launch and it will stay as a China exclusive device. Priced at CNY 6,999 for the 512GB variant, Huawei has stated to Android Authority that there is no plan to launch the Mate 60 Pro outside of China. Huawei made a surprise launch for the HUAWEI Mate 60 Pro and its base variant in China. While Huawei could have followed Apple's lead with the Dynamic Island design, they opted for a more unique approach. The company has not officially disclosed the chipset used in the HUAWEI Mate 60 Pro, a reliable leaker claims that the device uses an in-house Kirin chipset. That’s approximately PHP 55K in today’s conversion (direct). Running everything is the MediaTek Helio G100 Ultimate processor, paired with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. According to Huawei, HarmonyOS 7 focuses on delivering a smarter user experience through improved system performance and deeper AI integration.
