After two years, Huawei is finally updating their wearable device according to the latest leak posted by Evan Blass -- the Huawei TalkBand B5. https://twitter.com/evleaks/status/1014884018330927104 The new wearable will have an almost the same design as the Huawei TalkBand B3, with a touchscreen display and two buttons placed on one side. A unique feature of the TalkBand series is that it is detachable and can be transformed into an earpiece that can be used for calls. We expect that Huawei will retain the functions of its predecessor like fitness tracker, IP rating, noise-canceling microphone, and a loudspeaker along with some new features. Huawei makes some of the most interesting little gadgets around and when I visited their booth at CommunicAsia yesterday, they've got a dozens of Pocket WiFi and USB sticks for all sorts of cellular network on display. The one above is the Huawei WiFi E589 which supports LTE, 3G and 2G connections with speeds up to 50Mbps. This one is the Huawei E398 which is an LTE USB dongle, similar to the one being used by Smart LTE Evolution. The Huawei E365 is an HSPA+ modem, perfect for use with Globe's HSPA+ network (Tonino Lamborgihini 10Mbps) and supports up to 21Mbps downlink speed.
